We do not accept cheques.

No masters or copies can leave the studio until all time used is paid for in full.

No Children under 16 unless we are notified in advance, so we can make special arrangements. (it's not 'child proof'). Our insurance is very strict about this. Exceptions are made when a child is actually singing or playing in the band or performance, but we must know ahead of time.

A £35.00 deposit is required to secure your first session date.

Please note that if you show up more than 20 minutes late, you have two choices: Either reschedule your appointment and lose your initial deposit, or agree to pay for all your time that has accrued since scheduled start time in order to proceed with the recording.

minimum sessions: (It takes just as much set-up to do one song as it does to do twelve songs) 3 hours for recording groups/bands on Saturdays. 2 hours for recording groups/bands Monday - Friday.

Each hour is broken down into 1/4 hour increments, and time is always rounded upward to the nearest 1/4 hour...

Doors open and time begins at scheduled session start time, and up to the first 30 minutes are free to allow for set-up. Please try not to arrive more than 15 minutes early.

Recording time begins when we start getting levels and sounds.
