Bands wishing to submit original material should contact us first, and we will request an information package containing:

- Band/Group name and number of years current members have played together
- Your names and ages
- Your Mailing Address for correspondence
- Contact Telephone number(s)
- Email Addresses
- Website Address ( if available)
- Press Kit - or any publicity write-ups.
- Photos of the band/group - professional photos if possible (group shots, head shots etc)
- Four of your best recordings on CD - must include at least one ballad and a song title list*
- List stating the last ten gigs - including date, venue name, and approx. size of audience
- Size of largest Audience for which Band/Group has ever performed.
